The issues they faced was that the data was often fragmented and scattered between various spreadsheets and tools, leading to tedious and error-prone calculations to generate reports. It furthermore created the risk of making inaccurate decisions based on outdated data.
Objective
Their objective was to automate and simplify the process by connecting the data from all touchpoints into one place to generate reports.

By creating user-friendly Power BI dashboards, we provided a 360-degree view of the projects with the critical metrics in one place and available on all devices. It enabled spotting any warning signs and taking corrective actions ahead of time, hence helping in better time management, risk assessment and timely project delivery.
